Many Thanks and Happy Easter!

After the first three weeks and the experiences of school closure and home schooling, which were completely new for all of us, we would like to thank all of our students, parents and of course our team from the bottom of our hearts:

• for the uniquely fast and excellent work on the online learning packages!
• for the untiring practice, learning, reflection and tremendous input from everyone. Because it was only through our joint efforts that we were able to keep our students and us working!
• for the constant feedback from all sides complete with great questions, amazing ideas and constructive criticism!
• for all the good words and thoughts and wishes that have helped us so far through this difficult time!

Without the unwavering commitment of all of us, what we have achieved together with the children so far would not have been possible. Our school community has moved even closer together due to the Corona crisis.

We all agree that working from home is all well and good, but we miss our children and young people tremendously! Working in a school is only conceivable and grateful when there are students around us who ask questions, reflect, laugh, puzzle, discuss, amaze and challenge us.

Even though we have made giant strides on the road to digital learning and these tools will continue to accompany us in the future, we all very much hope that we will be able to resume regular school operations after the Easter holidays and are eagerly awaiting the decisions of our government and the Berlin Senate.

We now wish all of you a happy Easter holiday in this difficult time, filled especially with peace, relaxation and health.
